We are delighted to welcome you to Newbury Racecourse for an exclusive day of racing, entertainment, and great company.
Hosted by Apple Print & Creative, the day offers the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic programme of racing, spend time with fellow guests, and experience a special live performance from the world-famous Gipsy Kings.
We hope you'll join us for what promises to be an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
RACE DAY ELEGANCE WITH A SPANISH TWIST
Guests are encouraged to dress in formal race day attire suitable for the occasion.
With the Gipsy Kings joining us later in the day, you're welcome to incorporate a subtle Spanish-inspired touch into your outfit should you wish. Vibrant colours, elegant accessories, bold patterns, or Mediterranean-inspired styling are all encouraged!
Approximately 10 days prior to raceday, we will send your e-tickets for you to distribute to your guests. Car parking is complimentary, and we recommend guests park in either Car Park 4b or 5.

13:30 – Starters Served in the Hennessy Restaurant
14:00 – Main Course Served in the Hennessy Restaurant
15:40 – Guests escorted by the Newbury Racecourse team to the Royal Box
16:10 – The Apple Print & Creative Rose Bowl Stakes (Class 1 Listed Race)
16:25 – Return to the Hennessy Restaurant
16:30 – Dessert Served
17:00 – Cheese Board Served
17:55 – Final Race
19:00 - 20:15 – Gipsy Kings Live
